The best tofu ever!

I don't normally do product reviews, but this is seriously the best tofu I have ever eaten. The texture is so amazing! It's so firm and holds up to anything. The flavor is just so fresh and delicious, although tofu doesn't normally have much of a flavor. It's made in Allentown, PA and I just happened to pick it up because my regular 365 brand was out of stock. I think I will stay with this brand. So tasty! Check out Fresh Tofu Inc.



In other news, I just made a batch of my famous vegan chocolate chip cookies. They really taste like the old fashioned grandmom kind, but there's not even any earth balance! Try them out, you will LOVE them :)
